2023.12.28 Secret Technique (A trick) of the Neji-saurus Mogura

Today, as a special year-end feature, we'd like to introduce the secret technique of the Neji-saurus Mogura, one of the methods for effortlessly removing stripped screws frequently featured in the Screw Rescue Report. Alongside showcasing the capabilities of the Neji-saurus Mogura, let's delve into its hidden features.

Since its initial release in 2002 as a tool for easily removing stripped screws, our Neji-saurus has expanded its variations over the years. The Neji-saurus is a revolutionary tool that allows anyone to effortlessly grasp and turn a stripped screw to remove it ("Wow" - Grab, Twist, and Shout!). Unfortunately, screws in a state where the head cannot be gripped cannot be removed.

To address this issue of removing stripped screws with inaccessible heads, we have the Neji-saurus Bazooka, but what about the secret techniques of the Neji-saurus Mogura? Let's explore that question.

The Neji-saurus Mogura (So called Socket Screw Extractor) was originally developed to extract stripped hex socket screws. It belongs to the category known as "screw extractors". Given our company's dedication to perfection in development and rigorous research, Neji-saurus Mogura is beyond the other screw extractors worldwide. The result is an incredibly effective (not an exaggeration to say so) extractor with an amazing biting force for the objects.

For this reason, by drilling a pilot hole and inserting the Neji-saurus Mogura, then rotating it counterclockwise, it firmly grips the pilot hole, making it incredibly easy to remove the screw.

As some of you may have already noticed, inserting the Mogura into the pilot hole means that the shape of the screw head is irrelevant as long as the pilot hole is drilled. In other words, while we confidently claim that the Neji-saurus Mogura is among the world's strongest screw extractors, there is no tool superior to the Neji-saurus when it comes to convenience.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could use these tools according to your specific situation.

Now, starting from this year with the Screw Rescue Report on Blogger, X, and Facebook, we began introducing solutions for your screw-related problems. This will be the final article for this year.

As we continue to strive towards expanding our product range and improving accessibility for customers worldwide to resolve screw-related issues, we ask for your continued support next year.

Thank you very much🦖

This is a Screw Rescue Report from a customer in Ise City, Mie Prefecture, in the Chubu region of Japan.

★Issue Description:

"The screws on my Shimano Stella C2000S became stripped. I didn't know how to remove them and found your company through an online search. I reached out for assistance."

★Work Log:

The customer promptly sent the product to us, and our Screw Rescue Team began the operation immediately. Using tools such as Nejisaurs Mogura Middle DBZ-420 (So called Socket Screw Extractor) with a trick, Extension Bit Holder DR-23, Universal Joint DR-25, GT Drive DZ-70 of uniquely shaped screwdriver grip, and Ratchet Drive DZ-50, a combination of tools was deployed, resulting in a successful rescue 🦖.

★Customer Appreciation:

"I believe there are people worldwide facing similar troubles. Personally, I would have been willing to pay for Screw Rescue. Shimano products allow users to disassemble reels themselves, and the manufacturer supplies parts, leading to cases like mine where users attempt disassembly and encounter issues. Shimano's products, such as STELLA, and Daiwa's products like EXIST and SALTIGA, which are high-end reels costing around 100,000 yen, or 660 USD, may prompt desperate searches for services like ours when screws are stripped. Please consider helping those who are facing such challenges. I am truly grateful for your assistance this time 🦖."
