2023.08.31 [Screw Rescue Report] King & Prince Penlight

Received a screw SOS regarding the King & Prince penlight from an individual in Minato Ward, Osaka City, Japan.

"I tried to replace the batteries in the King & Prince penlight, but I ended up stripping the screw hole. I don't know how to remove this screw now."

Received an SOS regarding a screw issue with the window fall prevention barrier from a resident in Hirano Ward, Osaka City.

"I've completely stripped the countersunk screw and need help. I want to remove the parts for child fall prevention that were attached to the apartment window when I moved in, but there's one screw that won't come off. I got carried away and ended up damaging the hole completely. I don't know how to remove this screw."
