2023.04.27 [SCREW RESCUE REPORT] Door window glass

"We received an SOS from Kumamoto City saying, 'I tried using a Phillips screwdriver as well as lubricant and instant cooling spray, but the screw was stuck and wouldn't turn.' The screw in question was for fixing the door window glass, and upon seeing the photo, it did seem to be stripped. We determined that it could be dealt with using the 'DBZ-51' Neji-saurus BAZOOKA (Rapid Screw Extractor).

2023.04.26 [SCREW RESCUE REPORT] Stripped screw on Laptop

Received an SOS about the screws on the back of a laptop from someone at an association that runs a "programming class" for elderly people and children in the Higashiku ward.

As they were located nearby, I asked them to bring the laptop by bicycle and immediately proceeded with a rescue operation. 2023.04.25 [SCREW RESCUE REPORT] Side mirror of MITSUBISHI LANCER

 We received an SOS from Neyagawa City about the screw for the side mirror of a MITSUBISHI LANCER. It's the fixing screw for the motor cover. He tried to extract it on their own but was unsuccessful, and ended up using an impact driver as a last resort.

After looking at the image of the screw that was sent to me, we held a Screw Rescue Meeting and sent out two emergency sets of Neji-saurus (Screw Removal Pliers). We received the happy news that he was able to successfully extract the screw!

 "During our Twitter patrol, Urus discovered an SOS from someone who couldn't extract the screws on his Harley's front fender, and we assisted him with the rescue. After we held the meeting while reviewing the scene image that was sent, the Rescue Team urgently dispatched Neji-saurus Mogura (Ver.2).

2023.04.21 [SCREW RESCUE REPORT] Substrate of Nintendo Switch

 We received an SOS from Niigata about a Nintendo Switch screw that had been stripped. 

We quickly received the item for inspection and found out that the screw was attached to a thin substrate, making it impossible to turn even when pushed.

2023.04.19 [SCREW RESCUE REPORT] Laptop Back Cover

 A person from the neighboring Joto Ward came to our office by bicycle, he hope for us to extract the screws of his laptop.

Although we were doing inventory work on a Saturday, we immediately started responding to his request.

Out of the five screws that were fixing the cover, one was completely stripped.

2023.04.18 [SCREW RESCUE REPORT] The pillar assist grip of the truck.

 Hi, I have a story to share with you today!

So, the other day, I got an internal call saying "There's someone who wants to use Screw Rescue on the first floor." Curious to know more, I headed downstairs and guess what I saw - a huge truck parked right in front of our company!

Upon closer checking, I noticed that the fixed screw for the pillar assist grip on the driver's side had broken, and it was wobbling all over the place. Apparently, due to the frequent use of the grip and the weight put on it while getting in and out of the truck, it had undergone significant shear force. It was quite concerning as this could lead to a decrease in work efficiency if left unrepaired.

Luckily, our Screw Rescue team was quick to respond and jumped into action. Using the Neji-saurus Mogura (Ver2.0), they managed to rescue the stripped screw and fix it in no time. Needless to say, the truck driver was extremely grateful!

 A guest who had watched a TV program that introduced our company came to our office on their road bike.

2023.04.12 [SCREW RESCUE REPORT] Nintendo Switch Lite.

 Received a request for Screw Rescue for Nintendo Switch from Minato Ward, Tokyo.

"While replacing the outer casing of my Nintendo Switch Lite with a third-party aluminum casing, I accidentally broke a screw. Is it possible to extract this screw? The outer casing is a hard-to-find item and it's difficult to buy again, so even if it needs a fee, I would be grateful if you could extract this screw."
