Hi, I have a story to share with you today!
So, the other day, I got an internal call saying "There's someone who wants to use Screw Rescue on the first floor." Curious to know more, I headed downstairs and guess what I saw - a huge truck parked right in front of our company!
Upon closer checking, I noticed that the fixed screw for the pillar assist grip on the driver's side had broken, and it was wobbling all over the place. Apparently, due to the frequent use of the grip and the weight put on it while getting in and out of the truck, it had undergone significant shear force. It was quite concerning as this could lead to a decrease in work efficiency if left unrepaired.
Luckily, our Screw Rescue team was quick to respond and jumped into action. Using the Neji-saurus Mogura (Ver2.0), they managed to rescue the stripped screw and fix it in no time. Needless to say, the truck driver was extremely grateful!
Interestingly, it turns out that they found out about us through a TV program and searched for "Neji-saurus" online.
