A person from the neighboring Joto Ward came to our office by bicycle, he hope for us to extract the screws of his laptop.
Although we were doing inventory work on a Saturday, we immediately started responding to his request.
Out of the five screws that were fixing the cover, one was completely stripped.
Although adhesive had been applied, we were able to extract the screw with our Neji-saurus (Screw Removal Pliers), and successfully remove the PC cover.
