2023.06.30 [Screw Rescue Report] Screw on Sissy Bar

Our first Screw Rescue! Received an SOS from Okayama City located in western Japan, regarding a motorcycle's sissy bar screw.

The sissy bar was promptly sent to our office, and the rescue operation began.

Using the Neji-Mogura (Socket Screw Extractor), we successfully rescued the screw that had become completely stuck due to rust. Success!

2022.07.17 [Screw Rescue Report] Car Remote Key

Received an SOS for a stripped screw on a car remote key from Osaka City, located in western Japan.

"I am not sure how to remove this broken screw on my compact car's remote key. May I have any good ideas?"

Since he is from Osaka City, it was decided that he would visit our office, and the Screw Rescue Team began the rescue of the stripped screw.

2023.06.29 [Screw Rescue Report] Hilux Tailgate

Today's SOS comes from Joso City, Ibaraki Prefecture, located in the eastern part of Japan, regarding the screws on a Hilux tailgate.

"I accidentally stripped the head of the Torx screws on my Hilux tailgate. Do you have any products that can solve this issue?"

We received an SOS from Utsonomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, in eastern Japan, stating that the screws on a Hilux tailgate had become stripped.

"I'm having trouble with the screws on the pickup tailgate being stripped. Please help me."

2023/06/28 [Screw Rescue Report] Dishwasher

Received a screw SOS from Hiroshima City in western Japan.

"There is a water leak from the pump of a dishwasher. I tried to replace the gasket, but the screws on the joint are stuck and won't come off."

Based on the photos he provided, we decided to lend the Screw Rescue tools set and sent them to him urgently.

2023.06.27 [Screw Rescue Report] Hinge Screw on Kitchen Cabinet Door

We received an SOS regarding the hinge screw on a kitchen cabinet door from Osaka City, located in western Japan.

"While trying to remove the door of the storage space under the kitchen, the hinge screws got stripped and became impossible to remove. I tried using an electric screwdriver to unscrew them, but ended up stripping two of them."
