2023.06.05 [Screw Rescue Report] Stripped screw on the back cover of a laptop

 Received an SOS from Osaka, a city in western Japan, regarding a screw for fixing the back cover of a laptop.

"When I received it, the screw was already stripped. I attempted to extract it by myself but I made the situation worse."

Since he lives in Osaka city, he came to our office directly.

2023.04.26 [SCREW RESCUE REPORT] Stripped screw on Laptop

Received an SOS about the screws on the back of a laptop from someone at an association that runs a "programming class" for elderly people and children in the Higashiku ward.

As they were located nearby, I asked them to bring the laptop by bicycle and immediately proceeded with a rescue operation. Although adhesive had been applied, we were able to successfully remove the screws using a Screwasaurus Mogura (Ver. 3) and provide a resQ. To prevent similar troubles in the future, we introduced them to the Screwasaurus Bazooka (DBZ-57).

2023.04.19 [SCREW RESCUE REPORT] Laptop Back Cover

 A person from the neighboring Joto Ward came to our office by bicycle, he hope for us to extract the screws of his laptop.

Although we were doing inventory work on a Saturday, we immediately started responding to his request.

Out of the five screws that were fixing the cover, one was completely stripped. 

Although adhesive had been applied, we were able to extract the screw with our Neji-saurus (Screw Removal Pliers), and successfully remove the PC cover.
