2024.02.28 [Screw Rescue Report] Motorcycle Ignition Coil Screw

This is a Screw Rescue Report from a customer in the Nakagyou-ku area of Kyoto City in the Kinki region of Japan.


★ Issue Description:

"The screw on the ignition coil on the outer side of the motorcycle's engine is completely stripped, making it impossible to remove. We attempted to use a screw removal tool from another company, but it proved to be entirely ineffective. I don't know how to remove this screw...

After assessing the damage from the photos of the stripped screw, we dispatched the Neji-Mogura Middle Type DBZ-450, or Socket Screw Extractor DBZ-450. The customer attempted the removal themselves...
