 Received an SOS from Yokosuka City that a screw was stripped on their motorcycle cowling.

 Received an SOS from a resident of Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, that the screws on their pickup truck's tailgate had become stripped.

2023.05.09 [SCREW RESCUE REPORT] STRIPPED SCREWS FOR REAR FENDER OF MOTORCYCLE

 I received an SOS from the guy in Hiroshima Pref saying that the hexagonal hole bolt on the rear fender of a motorcycle had been stripped.

 

Every motorcycle store staff said that the only option was to use a grinder to remove the bolt head, which would not avoid scratching the frame.

After receiving a photo of the damaged bolt, I shipped an emergency Rescue Tool immediately. 

While one of the two bolts was successfully extracted, the other one remained stubbornly stuck. With a determination that he can extract this bolt, I sent another Rescue tool and asked him to try again.

Finally, we received the joyful news that the bolt had been successfully extracted!

2023.05.08 [SCREW RESCUE REPORT] STRIPPED SCREWS ON CUSTOM MOTORCYCLE

 Received an SOS message that the screw for the motorcycle headlight was stripped. He lives nearby, so he hopped on his own motorcycle and came here. 

The Rescue Team tried extracting the screw right away. By using a trick of Neji-saurus Mogura (Socket Screw Extractor), we were able to extract the stripped screw!

After witnessing how easily we were able to remove the screw, he asked if you could try with the other screws: the end cap screws on the handle. We successfully extracted two screws for them.

2023.05.02 [SCREW RESCUE REPORT] A stripped screw on Nintendo Switch Pro Controller

We received an SOS from Nerima Ward, Tokyo a stripped screw on their Nintendo Switch Pro Controller.

The customer reported that the left joystick was not working properly, and he wanted to try fixing it himself by disassembling the controller and using an air duster, but he couldn't extract one of the screws due to a stripped screw hole. 

He tried using a size Phillips #0 screwdriver and a thick rubber band, but it only caused the screw to strip further and could not extract...

The Screw Rescue Team promptly received the controller and began an emergency operation. Our team successfully rescued the stripped screw by using Neji-saurus Bazooka (Rapid Screw Extractor DBZ-58) and GT Drive (DZ-70) tools!
