This is a Screw Rescue Report from Fukushima Ward, Osaka City, Japan.
★Issue Description:
The customer reported an issue with their laptop (FUJITSU LIFEBOOK) where the screws on the back panel had come loose. In an attempt to tighten them using a screwdriver, the customer accidentally stripped the screw hole. Unsure of what to do next, they sought guidance on a solution and inquired about a suitable screw removal pliers size.
★Work Log:
Upon examining the photos of the damaged screws, we determined the appropriate Neji-Mogura (So called Socket Screw Extractor). These tools were promptly dispatched to the customer. After receiving the tools, the customer proceeded with the repair themselves.
