2023.11.15 [Screw Rescue Report] Reel (Shimano Scorpion)

This report is a Screw Rescue record from a customer in Uji City, Kyoto, in the Kansai region of Japan.


★ Issue Details

"The screws of my fishing reel (Shimano Scorpion 300XG LH) got stripped. I came across information on the internet that someone who had the same problem received help from your company using the Nejisaurus series. If I can grub the screw head with your Nejisaurus (So called Screw Removal Pliers), it would be great. Unfortunately, the screw head is under the surface, and it can't reach the head. I would appreciate support."

2023.11.14 [Screw Rescue Report] TV Stand Screw

This report documents Screw Rescue from a customer in Toshima Ward, Tokyo, Japan.


★Issue Description:

"The screw that tightened the legs of the TV (LG 65-inch 4K OLED TV with built-in tuner) got stripped, making it impossible to remove."

2023.11.13 [Screw Rescue Report] Airsoft Gun Dot Sight Screw

This report documents about Screw Rescue from a customer in Totsuka Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, in the Kanto region of Japan.


★Issue Description:

"The small screw tightening the dot sight (Trijicon RMR) used in airsoft games got stripped, making it impossible to remove. I am not sure how to deal with the situation."

"While trying to install a newly purchased door stabilizer on the Suzuki Swift, when attempting to remove the existing door striker on the front side, the Torx screws on the driver's side, both upper and lower, and one on the passenger's side, got stripped.
