We received an SOS regarding the damaged screws of a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller from Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture in the Kanto region of Japan.

"I tried to remove the screws to clean the sticks up on my Pro Controller, but unfortunately, it got stripped. When I was considering giving up and buying a new one, I learned about the Screw Rescue service and decided to send an SOS."

2023.07.07 [Screw Rescue Report] Airsoft Gun

Receiving SOS of Airsoft gun screw from the Takatsuki City of Osaka of the western region Japan.

"I want to fix the screw circled in red in the photo. Is it impossible? I tried to do something about it and ended up drilling a little. Thank you in advance."

Upon receiving the Airsoft gun, we immediately started the rescue operation. It appears that other companies' drills and reverse taps were used, resulting in a severe situation. With the help of our ongoing development products, we managed to remove the screw, retap it, and complete the repair.

We received an SOS about a stripped screw on a laptop from Hachioji City, Tokyo.

The user attempted to remove the back cover to expand the memory but stripped the screw. He tried various methods to remove the screw, but unfortunately, it only worsened the situation, completely stripping the screw head. Feeling at a loss, he wondered if there was any way to remove the screw.

2023.07.05 [Screw Rescue Report] Motorcycle Bleed Brake Screw

"We received a request for screw rescue from a customer who was having trouble removing the caliper screw..." A request from the tool department personnel at a home center.

The customer arrived on their motorcycle, and the screw rescue operation began. The reverse tap was stuck and couldn't be removed. It appears that they made the situation worse by using a screw extraction bit from another company. First, we removed this bit, and then successfully rescued the screw using secret tools under development.

Since the bleed brake screw for the brakes is a highly important part, we conducted an air leak check at the end to ensure the mission was completed.
