The customer arrived on their motorcycle, and the screw rescue operation began. The reverse tap was stuck and couldn't be removed. It appears that they made the situation worse by using a screw extraction bit from another company. First, we removed this bit, and then successfully rescued the screw using secret tools under development.
Since the bleed brake screw for the brakes is a highly important part, we conducted an air leak check at the end to ensure the mission was completed.
