"I was trying to replace the door knob in my bathroom, but while attempting to remove the screw, it got stripped. I couldn't figure out how to remove this screw, so I contacted you for assistance."

Due to severe damage to the Phillips groove caused by the use of another company's screwdriver, removal with a Neji-BAZOOKA DBZ-51 (So called Rapid Screw Extractor) was impossible.
