2024.02.07 [Screw Rescue Report] Electronic Cigarette

This is a Screw Rescue Report from a customer in Joudou, Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, in the Tohoku region of Japan.

★ Issue Description:

"The Pozidriv (R) head screw on the bottom of my electronic cigarette became stripped. Despite attempting to use another company's tool, the so-called "Removing Stripped Precision Screws", the hole only deepened, and I couldn't remove the screw at all. I don't know how to remove this screw, and if possible, I would like to send the product to you for screw removal."

★ Work Log:

The product was promptly sent to us, and the Screw REscue Team initiated the operation. Using the Neji-Mogura Middle Size DBZ-420, Socket Screw Extractor, and Ratchet Drive DZ-50, the rescue was remarkably successful.

★ Customer Appreciation:

"I couldn't figure out how to do it ourselves, so I am extremely grateful. Thank you very much for your help," came the delightful message πŸ¦–.
