This is a Screw Rescue Report from our customer in Japan.
★Issue Description:
"I want to replace the knob on the lid of a French-made pot called Staub. Even with a strong effort from a man, the screw won't budge. Normally, it should be easy to remove with a Phillips screwdriver. I don't know which of your tools to use, so please advise. I appreciate your help, even though it may be a bit inconvenient."
★Work Log:
Upon receiving the actual item, the Screw Rescue Team initiated the operation. Using the GT Drive (Part No: DBZ-71), we successfully removed the screw and knob.
★Customer Appreciation:
"The knob on the Staub pot lid gets too hot to touch, making it inconvenient to use gloves or a towel every time during cooking. (Staub does not sell lids with silicone knobs.) I wanted to replace it with a silicone knob from another manufacturer. I was able to successfully switch to a different knob. Thank you so much for your assistance!"
★From the Staff:
The GT Drive Set DBZ-71 includes the Nejisaurus Bazooka DBZ-51 and the innovative Screwdriver Grip DZ-70. The unique flat shape of the grip transmits torque more effectively than regular screwdriver grip, and the special tip shape of DBZ-51 fits securely into the cross slot of tightly fastened screws, allowing them to be removed easily.
