This is a Screw Rescue Report from a customer in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, in the Tokai region of Japan.
★Issue Description:
"While assembling the furniture (Roundear Caster Attached), I tightened the screw too much, causing the screw hole to be stripped. I attempted to remove it using pliers, but it was too tight and wouldn't budge. Additionally, due to its narrow location, I couldn't use my dominant hand for the task, making it difficult to apply force to the screw. Unsure of what to do, I reached out for assistance."

*The Nejisaurus GT Drive DZ-71 is a cost-effective set featuring the innovative Nejisaurus Bazooka DBZ-51 (for Phillips #2) and the epoch-making DZ-70 screwdriver grip, designed to easily remove damaged panhead screws.
