2023.10.27 [Screw Rescue Report] Motorcycle (xjr1300) Disc Rotor Screw

This report is a Screw Rescue record from a customer in Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, in the Kanto region of Japan.

★Issue Description:

"I accidentally stripped the 6mm hex socket while trying to remove the motorcycle's disc rotor. It's likely that a threadlocker was applied, making it quite tough. It's for an xjr1300 disc rotor, and it corresponds to the black hex in the image. Please help if possible."

★Work Log:

Based on the damaged screw photos, we sent a prototype Nejisaurus Mogura (So called Socket Screw Extractor).

★Customer Appreciation

The customer managed to perform the work themselves and successfully removed all the bolts! They even sent us detailed photos and videos of the process. We appreciate your efforts!

"I do various DIY projects myself, but it's frustrating when work comes to a halt midway. I truly admire companies like yours in Japan. I sincerely support your work."
