This report is a record of our Screw Rescue Team's solution for a customer in Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, in the Kansai region of Japan.
Trouble Description:
"I stripped the screws while disassembling my Dyson vacuum:
1: I stripped a screw by myself (1 location).
2: I tried using another company's screw-loosening liquid, but I couldn't remove it.
3: I took it to a Dyson vacuum parts replacement service, and they used a "Perfect Driver" but couldn't remove it.
Is it possible for you to remove it for me?"

We scheduled a visit since the customer is nearby.
Method:
The screw was in a hard-to-reach location, but we successfully rescued it using a combination of the Socket Screw Extractor DBZ-63 (So called Neji Mogura) and Go-Through Screwdriver Handle DZ-70 (Also so-called GT Drive) π¦.
