We received an SOS for a screw emergency from Yawata City, Kyoto Prefecture, in the Kansai region of Japan.
The screw was rusted and stuck inside a recess, making it impossible to reach with tools like pliers. I attempted to drill a hole, but it didn't work at all. It was beyond my capabilities. I bought various tools and made attempts, but it was futile. I think it would be better to have professionals take a look at it in person.
