We received an SOS regarding a stripped hex socket screw on a motorcycle's footstep from HABIKINO City, Osaka Prefecture, located in western Japan.
"The hex socket screw on the footstep is stripped and I can't remove it. Also, it's heavily rusted. The frame is aluminum, but the screw is iron, so it might have been electrolytically bonded. And screws seemed to thread-locking fluid is applied."
He seems discovered our Screw Rescue via watching YouTube.
We promptly arranged a schedule for him to visit our office.
Using the trick of the Neji-saurus Mogura (Socket Screw Extractor), we successfully rescued the four bolts in about 10 minutes!
For any future screw troubles, remember to turn to Screw Rescue!
