2023.08.26 [Screw Rescue Report] HONDA Motorcycle Front Brake Caliper

We received a screw SOS from an individual residing in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, concerning screws on his HONDA motorcycle.

"The hex bolt known as the 'hanger pin,' which is used in the front brake caliper, is extremely tightly stuck, and I ended up stripping it. Is there any way to somehow remove these screws?"

2023.08.25 [Screw Removal Report] King & Prince Penlight

We received an SOS regarding the screws on a KinPri (King & Prince) penlight from someone in Ota Ward, Tokyo.

"It's about the screw on the battery cover. I was trying to replace it, but I ended up damaging the screw hole by turning it repeatedly in an attempt to remove it. Now I can't take it out on my own. I contacted you because I don't know how to remove this screw."

We quickly received this penlight and the Screw RescureTeam initiated the operation. Using the  Rapid Screw Extractor (So called Neji Bazooka) DBZ-57,  we successfully rescued the screw.

2023.08.24 [Screw Rescue Report] Toyota Hilux Tailgate

Received a screw SOS from a Hilux owner in Sodegaura, Chiba Prefecture.

"I've stripped the screws on the tailgate. Tried rust penetrant, heat (to loosen the threadlock), and even used a punch tool for impact, but nothing worked. My tools ended up bending, breaking, and even the dealership couldn't remove them. I hope I can get help through the Screw Rescue Team."

Received an SOS from Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, in the Chubu region of Japan.

"I am in trouble as we can't remove a severely damaged screw. I don't know what to do. Please take a look at the photos, etc."
