2023.08.13 [Screw Rescue Report] Fishing Boat Trim Tab

Received an SOS from a boat's propeller in Miyakojima, Okinawa Prefecture.

"During the replacement of the trim tab on our motorboat, the screw got stuck due to corrosion and eventually got stripped. I'm unsure how to remove this screw now."

Urgently dispatched two types of Neji Mogura (Socket Screw Extractors), including prototypes not yet released for sale. Also provided rescue case examples from the past and an instructional video on how to use the extractor.

"I managed to remove it! The screw extractor works wonders. I'm relieved and can set sail with confidence. I'll also spread the word among my fellow fishermen," came a delighted message.

Our company's president used to travel worldwide troubleshooting main engine issues in shipbuilding companies. This time, successfully rescuing a boat's screw has left him deeply moved.

2023.08.12 [Screw Rescue Report] Track Shoes' Spikes

We received an SOS regarding track spikes' screws from Kyoto Prefecture in the Kinki region of Japan.

"My daughter's track spikes' double-layered parallel pins have become stuck and won't come out. I don't know how to remove these double-layered parallel pins."

Immediately, the shoes were sent to us, and the Screw Rescue Team started the operation. In Neji-saurus (Scrwe Removal Pliers) series, there were several options, but this time we successfully rescued the pins using the Neji-saurus EL (Screw Removal Pliers PZ-78).

"I sincerely thank you for removing the screws. Even though the shoes are only used for a few months, I really wanted to avoid spending around 20,000 yen (130 USD) on replacement. It was truly appreciated.

As our children will continue with track and field, having the Engineer's Screwosaurus gives us great peace of mind!" This delightful response brought us much joy.

Later on, at the track and field competition in Kyoto Prefecture, it seems that with the spikes inherited from her older sister, she achieved an impressive second place! What a joyous moment.

From here on, please continue striving for the world record in javelin ball, and keep up the great work!

2023.08.11 [Screw Rescue Report] TV Stand

Received a screw SOS from a TV stand in Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Kansai Region, Japan.

"While assembling the TV stand, one of the screws' cross slots got completely deformed and turned into a round shape, making it impossible to turn. The screw head the below the surface, so I can't even grip it with pliers. I don't know how to remove this screw and reached out for help."

Based on the provided image, we decided to lend Neji Mogura (Socket Screw Extractor) and provide an instructional video on how to use it.

"Your company's product is truly amazing. I tried various solutions like screw loosening agents and the other brand's pliers for stripped screws, but none of them were helpful at all – it was just a waste of money. I found your Screw Rescue page on Amazon, and thanks to the tool you provided, I was able to easily remove the screw. I am truly grateful for this." We received this joyful feedback.
