Today's Screw Rescue Report features none other than Masaharu Fukuyama's Light Bangle (illuminating bracelet)! An SOS call from Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture.

2023/07/21 [Screw Rescue Report] Track Shoe Spike Pin

An SOS was received from Osaka Prefecture, located in western Japan, about a spike screw emergency.

"My 2nd-grade junior high school daughter's track shoe spike pin has rusted and won't come out. I tried asking at a sports equipment store, but they couldn't remove it. Is it possible to get it out?"

He sent the shoes to us, and the Screw Rescue Team initiated the operation.

Under the watchful eye of "Urusu" the combined efforts of the Locking Type Screw Removal Pliers (PZ-65) and Water-pump Type Screw Removal Pliers (PZ-63) successfully rescued the spike pin.

2023.07.20 [Screw Rescue Report] Jimny Door Striker's Stripped Screw

Received an SOS from the northern region of Japan, Ishikawa Prefecture, Kahoku District, regarding a stripped screw on a Jimny's door striker.

"The Torx screw on the driver's side door striker of my Suzuki Jimny got stripped. It was quite tight, and my T40 tool got twisted and eventually stripped the screw. Please let me know how to remove the damaged this screw.

[2023.07.19 - Screw Rescue Report] Toy Gun (Trigger) for Airsoft Games

We received an SOS regarding screw trouble with a toy gun used in airsoft games from Ota City, Tokyo.

"I need assistance with a stuck screw problem. It involves the screw used in the trigger of the toy gun. The screw head seems to have been stripped, causing the wrench to slip.
