2023.07.10 [Screw Rescue Report] iPhone11

For the first time, the Screw Rescue Team received an SOS regarding the screws of an iPhone 11 from a specialized repair service person.

The star-shaped screw next to the power connector that holds the panel in place has been stripped and cannot be removed. Can I send it to your company for screw extraction?

We received an SOS regarding the damaged screws of a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller from Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture in the Kanto region of Japan.

"I tried to remove the screws to clean the sticks up on my Pro Controller, but unfortunately, it got stripped. When I was considering giving up and buying a new one, I learned about the Screw Rescue service and decided to send an SOS."

2023.07.07 [Screw Rescue Report] Airsoft Gun

Receiving SOS of Airsoft gun screw from the Takatsuki City of Osaka of the western region Japan.

"I want to fix the screw circled in red in the photo. Is it impossible? I tried to do something about it and ended up drilling a little. Thank you in advance."
