2023.06.25 [Screw Rescue Report] Door Knob Screw

 We received an SOS from a customer in Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto City regarding a door knob screw.

"The screw for the doorknob has stripped, and I cannot remove it. Additionally, the initial tightening was too tight, causing the screw to sink into the plate."

2023/06/24 [Screw Rescue Report] Screw Holding the Car's Turn Signal Cover

 We received an SOS regarding the screw holding the turn signal cover of a car from Shikoku region in Ehime Prefecture, Japan, specifically from the city of Niihama.

"I want to replace the turn signal cover, but the screw is stripped and rusted, making it difficult to remove using conventional methods. I would like to know if there is a way to remove it without damaging the paint."

 Received an SOS regarding Torx screw on a door stabilizer from Ashigara-Kami District, Kanagawa Prefecture.

"I've stripped the Torx screws on my door stabilizer. I need advice on how to deal with it."

We received a screw SOS from a Harley-Davidson owner in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture, located in the central part of Japan.

"I'm facing a problem with a stripped Torx screw that secures the caliper support. I will send you the parts and would greatly appreciate your assistance."

The items were promptly sent to us, and the Screw Rescue Team began the operation.

2023/06/22 [Screw Rescue Report] Installation of Steps on Jeep Wrangler

Received a screw SOS of Jeep Wrangler from Fukushima Prefecture, Tohoku region, Japan.

"While working on attaching steps to the exterior hinge of the door, I ended up breaking the screw head."

After watching a YouTube video (Screw Rescue of Toyota Land Cruiser Prado Door Striker) and contacting our company, we decided to provide a prototype of the "Rescue Tool" based on the images he sent.
